We strive for 100% satisfaction with every RuuBruu outfit! However, if things don’t work out, here’s our policy:

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damage or defective product claims must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
  • A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies (will be deducted from refunds).
  • One-time exchange is free.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or unboxing videos (in case of defects).

Acceptable Cases for Returns/Exchange:

We accept returns and exchanges only for:

Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Report within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Include a detailed unboxing video showing packaging, labels, and defects.
  • Without video, claims cannot be processed.

Size Mismatch:

  • Wrong size? We’ll exchange it.

Change Your Mind:

  • Not satisfied? Return for a refund (non-sale items only).

Non-Negotiables:

  • Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Unboxing video mandatory for damage/defect claims.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Click on the link to return or exchange your product.
  2. Submit the issue via email at support@ruubruu.com. In case of defective or damaged product, submit an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery (without which claims cannot be processed).
  3. If you have placed multiple orders, please select the specific product for return/exchange.
  4. Our customer support representative will verify your order details and video evidence before approval.
  5. We will arrange pickup (no returns via delivery personnel).
  6. Once picked up, you will receive a confirmation message on your WhatsApp number.

Refund Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after quality check.

Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

COD Orders:

Refunds will be processed via UPI (please share details during the request).

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be shipped after receiving the returned item. Free exchange is applicable only once.
