Return/Exchange Policy:
- Return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.Â
- Damage or defective products claim requires reporting within 12 hours of delivery.Â
- A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies (will be deducted from refunds).
- One-time exchange is free.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products on sale can not be returned or exchanged.Â
- Products without original tags, packaging, or unboxing videos (in case of any defects).
Acceptable Cases for Returns/Exchange:
- Report within 12 hours of delivery.
- Include a detailed unboxing video showing packaging, labels, and defects.
- Without video, claims cannot be processed.Â
- Wrong size? We’ll exchange it.

- Submit the issue via email at support@ruubruu.com, and in case of defective or damaged product, submit an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery (without which claims cannot be processed). Also, if you have placed multiple orders, please select the specific product for return/exchange. Our customer support representative will cross-check your order details and video evidence before approval.
- We arrange pickup (no returns via delivery personnel)
- As soon as the return gets picked up, you will receive a confirmation message on your whatsapp number.
